For help with specific issues or diet change:
Please be as detailed as possible when describing and give as full a history as possible, including any changes which have happened within the home which could have affected the pet or family emotionally, changes in household cleaners/laundry deterrgents/air fresheners etc.
For Raw Food Orders:
We operate a system whereby customers contact us beforehand to give us their order, and arrange when they would like to collect or have it delivered, so this can be worked around any appts. going on for consulations.
This is done either by email, text or phone.
There will be occasions where my phone is turned off, if I am in a consultation or appt for example, but if you leave a message I will get back to you as soon as I can.
